Shrimp mayo recipe
Fried Shrimp
1/2 lb large tiger shrimp (26/30)
1 egg white
6 tablespoon corn starch
olive oil

Sweet Lemon Mayonnaise Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar (or fresh lemon juice)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon water (or milk or cream)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar (or fresh lemon juice)

Easy 3 steps!
Step 1: Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and water together. Mix well.
Step 2: Remove the shell and tail from shrimp. Mix shrimp with egg white then roll in corn starch.
Step 3: Deep
fry in a batch until the shrimp is a light golden color (about a minute
and a half). Mix the fried shrimp with a sweet lemon mayonnaise sauce
and eat!
